Seven eras

25-year arc

Career timeline from Dell through ServiceSource, ADP, Box, Braintrust, G2i, and The Agent Company. Each stop is a chapter in the eras below.

Dell to now. Each stop is a chapter below.

1999 to 2012
Dell
Senior Account Manager → Financial Services Sales Manager → Inside Sales Manager

Twelve years on the fundamentals, then a ceiling.

Quota through people management at enterprise scale. By 2012, going deeper meant staying inside one product line. I wanted to test those skills in a different kind of business.

2012 to 2016
ServiceSource
Senior Sales Manager → Director → Senior Director, Account Management

Speed and pressure, on purpose.

Renewals and expansion for clients including Google and Motorola. Programs across Singapore, Europe, and the UK. Four years of travel that stretched the range as a leader.

2016 to 2018
ADP
Workforce Management Consultant

President's Club, closer to home.

After a year of nonstop travel, a local territory in enterprise HR and payroll. The slower pace didn't cost performance.

2018 to 2020
Box
Enterprise Account Executive

Back to IC, on purpose.

An enterprise SaaS quota, selling to CIOs and CTOs. Closed the largest deal of that run. First fluency in the technical weeds: APIs, data flow, unstructured content.

2020 to 2023
Braintrust
Director of Enterprise Account Expansion → VP, Client Development

The revenue seat that hadn't come yet.

A talent-network startup on intentionally thin margins. Helped take the business from cash-burning to scale, before a SaaS pivot changed the role.

2023 to 2026
G2i
Director of Sales & Partnerships → Senior Director → Head of Revenue & Human Data

From sales leadership to running the line.

Built the frontier-lab relationships, took the business direct into human data, and ran it with finance, talent, and engineering. Left in July 2026. The record is on Previous work.

2026, now
The Agent Company
GTM lead, consulting engagement

Installing GTM where there wasn't any.

No CRM, no lead source, no chosen product on day one. Five demos and four paid pilots by day 45. Open to Head of GTM / VP Revenue — the role that needs the whole arc at once.
